The Skyline Estates HOA Board is composed of dedicated residents who volunteer their time to preserve our community's beauty, manage essential services, and support all homeowners in maintaining a high quality of life within East Hampton.
Jon Beaulieu
Board President
Brian Corvo
Jon provides overall leadership to the Board. Responsibilities include presiding over meetings, setting agendas with board members, ensuring governing documents are followed, overseeing association business, addressing homeowner concerns and serving as the primary liaison between the Board, homeowners, vendors, and legal counsel.
BOARD Vice President
Lauren Reis
Brian supports the Board's leadership and helps advance the association's goals and initiatives. Responsibilities include coordinating committees and projects, assisting with community operations, and providing support to ensure the effective management and governance of the association.
Board Secretary
Lauren is responsible for maintaining the official records of the HOA. Duties include preparing meeting agendas and notices, recording and maintaining meeting minutes, managing association correspondence and ensuring required records are maintained and accessible.
Tim Adams
Treasurer
Chris Gersz
Tim oversees the financial affairs of the association. Responsibilities include maintaining budgets, reviewing financial reports, overseeing collection of assessments, ensuring timely payment of association expenses, assisting with annual budget preparation, and helping safeguard the HOA's financial assets.
VICE SECRETARY & VICE TREASURER
Chris supports the Secretary and Treasurer and serves as a backup when either officer is unavailable. Responsibilities include assisting with association records, meeting documentation, financial reporting, and other administrative duties as assigned by the Board.
